We
offer both permanent and temporary placement services, so
we don’t have to push one or the other. We’re able to offer
a mix of services with only one goal in mind: to better
serve the staffing needs of our clients. By combining our
efforts, we have access to a wide range of candidates. We
are able to coordinate our searches and tailor them to suit
our needs.

We're here to help clients fill
their needs and achieve their objectives, and that plainly
requires that we practice what seems to be a lost art- the
art of listening.

Before any candidate is presented to a client, we conduct
an in-depth and in-person interview of the candidate, and
here too, the art of listening is essential. Unless we are
convinced that the candidate is truly right for the client,
and the client is truly right for the candidate, the candidate
is not presented. Our reputation rides on our candidates,
and we don't take that lightly.

We review a candidate's employment history, and provide
the client with a written record of the results of our review.
We verify job-related college degrees. We test for various
proficiencies, including, as appropriate, basic office skills,
keyboard speed and accuracy, familiarity with commonly used
computer programs and applications, and accounting and bookkeeping
expertise.

Our counselors communicate regularly and openly about
all of our candidates and all of our currently open positions.
They would rather share credit for a great placement, than
get all the credit for a mediocre one. In this way, each
search is benefited by the insights and resources of our
entire staff, and only the best candidates are presented.

Before a candidate is interviewed by the client, we
discuss the interview with the candidate to make sure the
candidate fully understands the nature of the position and
the client company. We find that when candidates are well
informed, both clients and candidates make better choices.

Before a candidate begins employment, we confirm the
candidate's understanding of the position, and the commitment
the candidate has made by accepting it. We discuss the client
company and consider ways in which the candidate can make
a positive contribution. We find that this post-placement
conversation enables the candidate to fill the client's
needs better and sooner.

Candidates
appreciate our professionalism. They like the dignity we
bring to the process. Although we probably ask more of them
than other agencies, we get them better results, and they
spread the word. So that year after year, we simply get
the best candidates.
